Hello

Prominent broncho-vascular markings with peribronchial cuffing may be due to many reasons like infection/inflammation etc.It may be due to chronic bronchitis.
This is generally a benign finding.
You may need clinical correlation and routine blood investigations like routine hemogram etc.
Generally these findings are not serious and it may reverse with treatment of underlying cause.
If symptoms persist then you may need antibiotics, bronchodilators, steroid inhaler etc after evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
